Standing Up for Victims of Broken Arms
At the Law Offices of Sanford M. Cipinko, our attorneys have more than 30 years of experience advocating for personal injury victims in San Francisco and throughout California.
Our staying power starts with our values. We are committed to providing our clients with personalized attention and aggressive representation. This means we will take the time to get to know you and how your injury has impacted your life. If you suffered an arm fracture due to another's negligence, we will prepare a case designed to show opposing attorneys and insurance companies the level of compensation you need to move forward with your life.
Humerus Fractures
The humerus is the large bone that makes up the upper part of the arm. Arm fractures of these types can include proximal humerus fractures, which are often referred to as shoulder joint fractures, even though they are technically arm fractures. These can be serious and require surgical intervention.
Olecranon Fractures
These arm fractures happen at the most prominent bone in the elbow. This bone is also called the funny bone. Damage to this bone can be of varying degrees. While a cast may be sufficient to heal a broken bone, other injuries may require expensive surgery.
Radial Head Fractures
Radial head fractures are the most common elbow injuries. These injuries are often the result of falls. Frequently, surgery will be necessary if a carefully managed splint will not lead to improvement.
Forearm Fractures
The forearm is made up of two bones, the ulna and the radius. Both ulna fractures and radius fractures can be severe, requiring extensive medical treatment to repair.
All Cases Handled on a Contingency Basis
In arm fracture cases caused by car accidents, truck accidents or any other type of accident, you will only be asked to pay attorney fees if we are successful in recovering compensation for you.
